LUDLOW — Vermont was well represented on Jan. 26-28 at the New York Times Travel Show. The Vermont Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE) had two booths representing all the Chambers in Vermont, according to a press release from Marji Graf, CEO of the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce (OVRCC).
Also in the Vermont Chambers’ row was The Vermont Flannel Company, Cabot Cheese, The Green Mountain Railroad and Bennington/The Shires.
Everyone loved our shirts, and we were walking billboards thanks to The Vermont Flannel Company!” Graf said.
The show had more than 560 exhibitor booths from across the globe, more than 30,000 travelers and industry professional attendees, more than 280 travel industry speakers and experts, and more than 100 cultural presentations from around the world. Graf sais she is still waiting for attendance numbers.
“Comments I heard: ‘Did you see what VERMONT did this year?!’” Graf said.
The VACCE would love to see more Vermont companies exhibiting next year. For more information, contact Graf at (802) 228-5830.
