NEWPORT —The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Register of Deeds during the week ending Feb. 10:

Pamela A. Lewis, Plainfield, sold land with buildings to Mark and Princess Goldey, Lebanon, for $190,000.

Charlestown

Karen A. Rumrill, Charlestown, sold land with buildings on the easterly side of David Avenue to Claremont Savings Bank for $181,900.

Sunapee

Granite State Credit Union, Manchester, sold land with building on the westerly side of Old Route 11 to Daniel and Linda Kerrigan, Enfield, for $200,000.

Sidney Brown, Charlestown, sold land with buildings on the highway leading from Claremont to Crescent Lake to Barbara A. Rabtoy, Claremont, Susan M<. Scruton, Newport, and Gary S. Brown, Lempster, for $25,000. Claremont Acting Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Washington, sold land on the northerly side of Mann Court to Sandra Holl, Lee, for $53,000. Carol A. Calkins and Christopher T. Calkins, Claremont, sold land on Highland Avenue to 21 Highland Avenue LLC, Claremont, for $159,000. Theriault Properties LLC, Nashua, sold land with buildings bounded on the easterly side by Union Street and northerly and westerly side by Bank Street to Goldenrod Properties LLC, South Royalton, for $99,000. Bradford and Natalie Leighton, Sherman, Ill., sold land with buildings on the southerly side of East Mountain Road to Jason and Julie MacGlaflin, Claremont, for $105,000.
