NEWPORT — Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice (LSRVNA) will hold its annual meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6 in the Sugar River Bank Community Room located at10 North Main St. in Newport.
The event is open to the public and will feature an overview of LSRVNA’s 2017 Community Health Needs Assessment process and results.
“We are excited to share the results of our needs assessment with area residents,” says Jim Culhane President and CEO.
“We worked hard to gather input from throughout our 29-town service area and are grateful for the many people who supported this effort by completing our survey, attending a forum or serving on our Advisory Group. Moving forward, our assessment report will be a tool that we, along with other agencies and municipalities, can use to better meet the health needs of our community.”
The meeting will also feature recognition of board members and the annual volunteer and staff excellence awards. Light refreshments will be provided. RSPVs are appreciated by contacting Cathy Raymond at 526-4077 or [email protected]
