NEWPORT —The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Register of Deeds during the week ending Feb. 17:

Charlestown

Deutsche Bank, Anaheim, Calif., sold land on the easterly side of the highway leading from North Charlestown to Claremont to Elizabeth Morway, Charlestown, for $117,500.

Sunapee

Abigail Whiton Brown, Sunapee, sold land with buildings on a plan entitled Subdivision Prospect Hill Construction LLC to Steven and Mary Beth Patterson, Stony Brook, N.Y., for $784,200.

Abigail Whiton Brown, Sunapee, sold undivided 1/42ndinterest to land with any docks in Sunapee Harbor to Steven and Mary Beth Patterson, Stony Brook, N.Y., for $40,900.

Plainfield

Donald and Lauren Sharkey, Plainfield, sold land with buildings on the southerly side of Ferry Hill Road to Great Brook Enterprises LLC, Plainfield, for $38,000.

Unity

Charles and Nancy Curci, Sandwich, Mass., sold two parcels of land with buildings on the south bank of Little Sugar River to Patrick and Roberta Fitzgerald, East Hampton, Conn., for $95,000.

Newport

Antonio and Mary Batista, Lewisville, N.C., sold land with buildings bounded on the north by Fairbanks Road to Aaron and Diane Tufts, Goshen, for $99,900.

HSBC Bank USA, Salt Lake City, Utah, sold land and a 1988 Commodore Sandpiper mobile home at 16 Pine Tree Road to Raymond and Joyce Brauer, Merrimack, for $42,800.

Diane M. Callum and Brittany L. Callum, Newport, sold a 1981 Concord mobile home at Lot 430, Country Club Estates, 5 Chip Way, to Maureen J. Towle, unity, for $31,000.
