In response to “Claremont cocaine dealer gets jail time”

 Let’s keep drug dealers alive, that will solve the drug problem. Over 64,000 deaths from drugs in 2016, I guess that’s not enough to get rid of one or two drug dealers.

In response to “Ruling favors city in civil suit against landlords”

 I rented from these individuals for three years, and our building smelled of methane gas the entire time. At one point Mr. Ramirez had a worker come spray lye in the basement to cover the smell, which was caused by faulty sewage plumbing. No repairs were made and we vacated the building due to his poor management of these and other issues.

 If there are current tenants using any properties, they should  file a landlord tenant dispute which will allow the tenant to deposit the rent into an escrow account while trying to get the landlords to comply with any ordered corrections to the property.
