NEWPORT —The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Register of Deeds during the week ending Feb. 24:

Grantham

Michael P. O’Connell and Mary F. Ardell, Grantham, sold Unit 7, General Court, Gray Ledges Condominium to Constance L. Horton, Mesa, Ariz., for $235,000.

Jane P. Handley, New London, sold two tracts of land with improvements at Burpee Hill, Section 1, Eastman, to Jerry and Mary Lindsley, Tucson, Ariz., for $737,500.

Kimberly and Jeff Huot, Granby, Conn., sold a condominium unit in West Cove A Condominium, Eastman, to Marc and Nellie Umbaugh, Halltown, West Va., for $233,000.

Claremont

City of Claremont sold a 1997, 28 by 48-foot Skyline manufactured housing unit at 84 Case Hill Road to Michael M. Lemieux, Claremont, for $14,000.

Chandler and Brianna Connell, Claremont, sold land with buildings on the southerly side of Cherry Hill Road to Kirk and Brianna Fitzpatrick, Enfield, for $184,000.

Jyl D. Bradley, New London, sold land with buildings on the westerly side of Snow Hill Road to Brenda Lynn Cook and Brian A. Zutter, Claremont, for $175,000.

Tri-Son Homes LLC, Salisbury, sold land with improvements on the westerly side of the highway between Claremont and Newport to Kathleen V. Longfellow, Valdosa, Ga., for $132,500.

Washington

Randy and Tammy Porter, Marlow, sold land with buildings at 24 Ashuelot Acres to Don Operario and Shawn O’Brien, Providence, R.I., for $165,000.

Sunapee

Walkinshaw Properties LLC, Sunapee, sold land on the westerly side of Route 11 to Emmons and Emily Cobb, Sunapee, for $50,000.

James and Elizabeth Lalla, Dunbarton, sold land with buildings on the northerly side of Stagecoach Lane to Peter and Julia White, Grafton, for $204,000.

Lynn M. Bantle, Newport, sold a 1978 14 by 70-foot mobile home at 4 Turfway to Cody P. Osgood, Newport, for $13,000.

Raymond Rheaume, Port Charlotte, Fla., sold land with buildings on the westerly side of the road leading from Second New Hampshire Turnpike to East Washington Village to James B. Donnelly, Washington, for $170,000.
