NEW LONDON — If you have ever wanted to give back to your community and get involved, now is your chance.
The Town of New London has opportunities for volunteer service on several boards and committees. If any of the following interest you, please send in a volunteer form:
Archives Committee, Board of Firewards, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Conservation Commission, Energy Committee, Planning Board, Recreation Commission, Solid Waste Management Committee, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Regional Planning Representatives.
Some boards require more of a time commitment than others so feel free to call and see which board would be the best fit for you. Residency in the town of New London is required to serve on most boards and committees.
Please submit your volunteer forms to the Town Office. Forms are available on the Town’s website (www.nl-nh.com), the Town Report, or at the Town Office (375 Main St.). Please drop off your completed form or email it.
