NEWPORT —The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Register of Deeds during the week ending March 3:

Claremont

Leigh Maynes, Claremont, sold land on the southerly side of Meadow Road to Michael M. Lemieux, Claremont, for $102,500.

Wanda K. Brown, Claremont, sold a 1972 65 by 12-foot New Yorker mobile home at 9 Madison Place, Lot 6, Pleasant Valley Estates, to Marian L. Durfresne, Claremont, for $13,000.

Grantham

Rodney and Lisette Scott, Burlington, sold land with buildings at Snow Hill, Section 1, Eastman, to A. Curtis Weeden Jr. and Kristina E. Majeski, Amherst for $295,000.

Lempster

Deborah and Erick Pfeffer, West Sand Lake, N.Y., sold land with buildings on the westerly side of Lempster Street to Frank Jr. and Jennifer Mogavero, Lempster, for $29,000.

Newport

Daniel and Amanda Mehegan, Wilmington, Vt., sold land with building on the easterly side of Beech Street to Nathan P. Abair, Newport, for $99,800.

Joshuah Howe, Newport, sold land with buildings on the southerly side of Sunapee Street to Kayla N. Douglas, Concord, for $62,900.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Washington, sold property at 437 Maple St. to Tram Kieu, Newport, for $36,500.

Citizens Bank, Riverside, R.I., sold property at 116 South Main St. to Randall F. Hart, trustee of Benchmark Realty Trust, North Andover, Mass., for $107,000.

Edina Realty Investment Corporation, Newport, sold land with buildings at 8-10 and 14 Laurel St. to White Mountain Properties LLC, Derry, for $375,000.
