Bischof holds training camp in Aruba

JAMAICA, VT -Jonathan Bischof from Jamaica, Vermont held a training camp in Aruba January 16- February 1 2018. He was there to get ready for the upcoming paddle board race season and to test his new technique program.

The new technique allows a stand up paddle board beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate and even a racer to learn efficiently, easily and have fun. Being out on the ponds, lakes and rivers in Vermont on a paddle board is a great way to exercise and see nature.>

Also the paddleboard is a great way get really fit without being in a gym and the similarities to downhill skiing are remarkable.

The Aruba conditions were amazing even though the daily offshore wind from 15 -25 knots were very challenging.

The fact that Jonathan’s technique improved immensely was a testimony to the Paddle First TM stand up paddle board program created and developed in Vermont.
