CLAREMONT — More bridge players are needed.
A free seven-week course introducing people to the card game of bridge will be taught Thursdays at the Claremont Senior Center starting April 12 at 1 p.m. Instructor Alan Grigsby will begin by describing the deck of cards, explain Standard American bidding and teach effective card playing techniques.
Sessions will run until 3 p.m. Attendees can go to the senior center’s weekly luncheon on Thursdays before the course begins. The course will conclude May 24. Registration can be made at the senior center. For further information, call Mr. Grigsby at (603) 542-2031.
