CUSO Mortgage Corporation, Hampden, Maine, sold land wewith buildings on the northerly side of Old Newport Road to Nicholas and Elizabeth Raymond, Claremont, for $175,500.

Wanda J. Magoon, Goffstown, Gary Burrows, Bowie, Md., Kenneth Burrows, Claremont, Paula Burrows, Weare and Tracy Burrows, North East, Md., sold land with buildings on the northerly side of Schmitt Street to Pleasant Rock LLC, Franklin, for $28,000.

Charlestown

John and Barbara Bruno, Charlestown, sold three tracts of land with buildings bounded on the east by River Road to Eric and Nancy Emery, Enfield, for $275,000.
