WESTMINSTER, Vt. — A Westminster man has been arrested on charges of sexual assault and lewd conduct involving a minor.
In a joint investigation between the Windham County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and the Brattleboro Police Department, police arrested Tucker Kilburn, 27, of Westminster on March 27 on charges of sexual assault with a minor and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child.
A police investigation showed that Kilburn was allegedly “having a sexual relationship with a minor” for approximately 2 1/2 to three years, all according to a press release from Detective Erik Johnson with the Brattleboro Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division. Johnson also works with the BPD’s Special Investigation Unit – Child Advocacy Center and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Kilburn was issued a “flash cite” to appear on March 28 in Vermont Superior Court of Vermont – Windham Criminal Division to face the charges, and was issued Conditions of Release, all according to police.
