NEWPORT — The Newport Historical Society conducted a raffle recently for new members who joined or renewed their membership and five prizes were contributed by local merchants.
Winning $25 gift cards were Susan Connary, LaValley’s Building Supply; Diane Rochford, Hubert’s; Larry Britton, Shaws, and Nancy Meyer, Grazi’s/Newport Meat Market.
Dottie Collins won the prize of brunch for two at the Old Courthouse Restaurant.
