ROCKINGHAM — A Windsor woman was arrested for driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence (DUI-drugs) on Friday, April 27 in Rockingham.
Brandy Wills, 32, is due in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division for arraigment at 8 a.m Tuesday, June 26.
Vermont State Police said on Friday at approximately 7:09 p.m., officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Exit #4 Putney Sunoco gas station on US Route 5.
While troopers were en route, the driver involved in the complaint, Brandy Wills, left the gas station, driving north on Interstate 91. A member of the state police observed the car involved in this incident traveling northbound. After observing moving violations, Wills was stopped on Vermont Route 103 in the town of Rockingham.
Wills was administered field sobriety exercises. A check of her Vermont DMV record revealed that her driver’s license was under criminal suspension and she was arrested. After being evaluated by a nationally certified drug recognition expert, Wills was processed at the Vermont State Police barracks in Westminster.
