Newport Circuit Court for Week of May 3rd

NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending April 28:

Nancy Friesse, 55, South Newbury, pleaded innocent to a charge of animal menace and was found innocent.

Sebastian W. Williams, 23, 188 Southgate Road, Newbury, pleaded innocent to breach of bail conditions, domestic violence related, and the case was placed on file without a finding.

Thomas F. Guterl, 75, 49 High Point Road, Newbury, pleaded innocent to conduct after an accident Feb. 14 in New London and the case was placed on file without a finding.

Brittany A. Nolin, 27, 33 Chandler Brook Road, Newbury, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension Nov. 22 in Newbury and was fined $500. A charge of conduct after an accident was withdrawn.

Justin D.B. Ranger, 15 Rowell Hill Road, Apartment 1, New London, pleaded innocent to domestic violence March 18 and the charge was placed on file without a finding.
