NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending May 5:
Victoria M. Beaudry, 52, 949 Old Claremont Road, Charlestown, failed to appear to answer a charge of operating with a suspended registration and driving after revocation/suspension and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
Amanda K. Towne, 20, 525 Keararge Valley Road, North Sutton, pleaded guilty to speeding Jan. 9 in Sunapee and was fined $75. Charges of operating with a suspended registration and driving after revocation/suspension were withdrawn.
Dylan M. Marsh, 27, 82 Old Chandler’s Mill Road, Unity, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated Feb. 25 in Sunapee, was fined $750 and his license revoked for two year. He pleaded guilty to speeding 76 mph in a 35 mph zone and was fined $500. A charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated was withdrawn.
Allen M. Laclair, 20, 1 Clark St., Claremont, pleaded guilty to negligent driving Feb. 26 in Sunapee, was fined $500 and his license revoked for 30 days. A charge of unlawful possession and intoxication while under the age of 21 was withdrawn.
Keith Simino, 50, 465 Oak St., Newport, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated March 3 in Newport, was fined $500 and his license revoked for nine months.
Jordan Huntley, 26, 62 Summer St., Newport, pleaded guilty to bail jumping Feb. 20 in Newport, criminal mischief, resisting arrest/detention, and taking without the owner’s consent Feb. 15 in Newport and was sentenced to 365 days in the Sullivan County House of Corrections on each count with all but 81 days suspended for two years and given credit for 22 days served. Charges of operating without a valid license and criminal mischief were withdrawn.
