CLAREMONT — A Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day will be held on June 16 in Claremont at the Highway Garage on 8 Grandview St., off North St. from 9 a.m. to noon.
A Waste Collection Day was held on May 12 in Lebanon and another is scheduled for Oct. 13 in Lebanon. Sunapee will host a Waste Collection Day in August.
The Collection Days are free to residents from Claremont, Cornish, Enfield, Goshen, Hanover, Lebanon, Lempster, Lyme, New London, Newbury, Newport, Oxford, Piermont, Plainfield, Springfield, Sunapee, Unity, Washington and Wilmot.
Other residents and businesses are welcome for a fee. Businesses and anyone with 25 gallons or more must pre-register three weeks in advance.
