CLAREMONT — The Sullivan County Sportsmen’s Club has held a fishing derby for children under 15 for many years and the date for this year is June 2nd.
It will be held at Clarke Pond at 379 Chestnut Street Extension in Claremont starting at 8 a.m. and ending at noon.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Prizes will be awarded and refreshments are available. Watch for balloons. Come and have fun at the trout pond.
