NEWPORT — The following property transfers were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds during the week ending May 12:

Sunapee

Denise Slovak, South Lake, Texas, sold a Condominium Unit at Indian Cave Landing to David and Susan Annis, Naples, Fla., for $662,500.

Stephen and Maureen Hayes, Medfield, Mass., sold parcels of land on the easterly side of Perkins Pond Road to Arthur and Susan Casey, Canton, Conn. for $216,000.

Washington

Clair R. French, Washington, sold land with buildings at Lake Ashuelot Estates to Andrew Levitz, Hillsborough, for $145,000.

Jean M. McNeil, Tewksbury, Mass., sold land with improvements at Lake Ashuelot Estates to John and Susan Brighton, Hanover, for $25,000.

Wayne and Elaine Brush, Washington, sold property at 173 McKinley Drive to Susan and Clifford Monkton and Sandra Turner, Peterborough, for $425,000.

Michael and Kelly Stutzman, New Haven, Conn., sold land with buildings on Monroe Drive to Nicholas Taber and Madison Leigh Wood, Bennington, N.H., for $185,000.

Claremont

New Hampshire Community Loan Fund Inc., sold land with buildings on the easterly side of Hillside Avenue to Kimberly M. Reed, Newport, for $92,000.

Michael and Ruth Woldow sold property to Claremont Savings Bank for $50,000 and land on East Road leading from Claremont to Cornish to Claremont Savings Bank for $200,000.

Jeff S. McEnany and Nicole Lewis, Belmont, Vt., sold land with buildings on the southerly side of Maple Avenue to Eugene and Liane Tobin, Warner, for $125,000.
