CCV to hold graduation ceremony on June 2

MONTPELIER, Vt.— Community College of Vermont (CCV) will hold its graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 2 at Norwich University’s Shapiro Field House. The ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. More than 500 students from across the state will receive associate degrees, and roughly 3,000 Vermont residence are expected to be in attendance.

Students representing all 14 Vermont counties will graduate, along with students from 11 other states and 15 other countries. The youngest graduate is 17 and the oldest is 73, according to a press release from CCV. Also among the graduates are more than 60 veteran and military-connected students.

Alchemist Brewery CEO Jen Kimmich and Gov. Phil Scott will address the Class of 2018. CCV President Joyce Judy will officiate.
