Turning Points Network seeks VISTA volunteer

CLAREMONT — Turning Points Network is looking for a Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) volunteer.

Volunteers in Service to America help the agency by fundraising, helping to organize the annual Steppin’ Up to End Violence 5K Walk and Fun Run, social media and online promotion of TPN, and supporting the Green Dot initiative to increase active bystander intervention.

Turning Points Network focuses on the safety and well-being of victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse and stalking through empowerment and advocacy, creating a community responsive to all victims and survivors through education, outreach and accountability; and empowering the community to establish a safer culture, according to TPN’s website.

Anyone interested in joining the nonprofit organization as a volunteer can call TPN for more information at (603) 543-0155, or Renee at NH VISTA, (603) 935-4529.
