To the Editor,
As I was coming out of the community center after working out I saw a lady working in the flower garden. So, I stopped to talk to her. I told her that she was doing a great job. I asked her how many years has she been doing this? She said, over 20 years and she loves it. She also said that as long as her body can take it she wanted to do it. She does all the parks and that’s a lot of work. She works hard to make a piece of Claremont look nice.
Too bad we all don’t work together to make it right. So, I say to Denise Egbert, thank you for the work you do. You are a lucky lady to be able to go to work every day and like what you are doing. Not many people can say that.
