The annual New Hampshire Cadet Training Academy is underway this week in Concord at New Hampshire Technical Institute. The academy is designed to help young persons ages 14-20 to develop their skills and knowledge of law enforcement. The academy is a three-year program, starting with Basic Academy, Advanced Academy and finally Leadership Academy.
