On June 27 at approximately 2:45 a.m., Vermont State Police made contact with a motor vehicle on US Route 4 near Center of Town Road in the town of Hartford, Vermont. Investi-gation revealed that the operator of the vehicle, Michael Kostos, 30, of Peabody, Massa-chusetts was in possession of marijuana and hallucinogens. Kostos was arrested and processed at Hartford Police Department. He was released on a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windsor Criminal Division on August 28 at 8 a.m.
