SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — All local artists are invited to show their work at Gallery at the VAULT in the nonprofit art center’s Open Wall Show.
This is a chance to display work in a non-juried show. There is no fee to participate. The theme for the gallery’s next show is “Local Glimpses.”
The exhibit will be a great opportunity for artists who would like to get their work out there for the first time as well as for seasoned artists, according to organizers.
Exhibitors are asked to bring work that is framed and wired for hanging and acceptable for viewing by all ages. Two works can be displayed if they are 18 by 20 inches or smaller, or one work if it is larger. Sculpture, jewelry, pottery and fiber art are welcome along with the paintings and photos. Works should be brought in from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 26; 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, July 27, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 28. The show will run from Aug. 1 to Oct. 18.
