CLAREMONT — James M. Beam, 50, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at the Bridgeway Residential Care Facility.
He was born on Nov. 22, 1967 in Claremont, the son of Lawrence and Evelyn (Lufkin) Beam. He was a 1985 graduate of Stevens High School.
Before moving to Missouri to be closer to family, Jim was employed with Claremont Police Department, until his health declined.
In his free time he enjoyed fishing, bowling and spending time with his kids and family.
Survivors include: his children Christopher Beam and Katie Beam both of Chichester, New Hampshire; and his sister, Phyllis Yuhas and her husband Greg of Columbia, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 9 until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 105 Waugh St, Columbia, Missouri.
Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m., Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Reverend Francis Doyle officiating.
