CLAREMONT — Madelyn B. Kinsman, 90, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018 after battling a long illness.
She was born in East Andover, New Hampshire on Nov. 19, 1927, the daughter of Preston and Blanche (Rayno) Brown.
She was a graduate of Bay Path College with her Medical Transcriptionist Degree.
Maddie enjoyed doing many crafts; needlepoint and cross-stitch.
She is survived by her son, Robert J. Sammon of Sunapee, and a sister-in-law, Carol Brown of Cornish.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Herbert Kinsman; her son, Richard Sammon; brothers, Arthur Brown and William Brown; and a sister, Evelyn Brown.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 29 in Mountain View Cemetery in Claremont, with Harold Noyes officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the N.H. Alzheimer’s Association, 166 South River Road #210, Bedford, NH 03110.
