CLAREMONT — Adam J. Nadeau, 28, (aka “Betty” to some friends) was born in Claremont, New Hampshire where he lived until 2003 when he moved to Walpole, New Hampshire. In 2005, he moved to Keene, New Hampshire where he died unexpectedly at home on Sunday, July 22, 2018.
Adam was born on Jan. 24, 1990, the son of Clara Frechette and Keith Nadeau. He went to Fall Mountain Regional High School and Keene High School. He had been active in sports including baseball and football.
Adam was a talented artist who especially enjoyed drawing, painting and spray art. He loved working on his Toyota Supra and also had interest in motorcycles. He was down to earth with a quick wit and wonderful sense of humor.
He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin. You could always depend on Adam to lend a hand when asked.
Adam is survived by his mother, Clara Frechette of Keene, his father, Keith Nadeau of Virginia, his sister, Dori Nadeau of Keene, step-mother Alison Brodie, step-sister Pearl Allen, and grandmother, Mary Nadeau of Surry. In addition, he leaves over 20 aunts and uncles, 20 cousins, extended family and friends including two that were very special to him, Daniel O’Driscoll and Courtney Ellison. He is also survived by his beloved cat, Bella.
Adam is pre-deceased by his grandparents; Henry R. Frechette Sr., Doris Frechette, and Davey Nadeau.
In keeping with Adam’s values, there are no religious services planned. Calling hours will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018 in the funeral chapel. Burial will take place at a later date.
