CORNISH — The lineup has been set for the official crowning of the royalty who will rule over the three-day Cornish Fair on Aug. 17-19.
The crowning of the Cornish Fair Prince and Princess is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 17 at the Whelen Pavilion.
Prince candidates are Holden Tallman, Claremont; Caleb Hopps, Sutton, and Lucian Smith Charlestown.
The princess field is much larger with 12 entries.
They include Taylor Davis, Newport; Haley Davis, Newport; Hazel Leeper, Cornish; Samara Leeper, Cornish; Lilah Leeper, Cornish; Emerson Thibeault, Claremont; Sadie Sartwell, Cornish; Hailey Dewey, Lempster; Meyer Fallon, West Lebanon; Madeline Dechir, Charlestown; Jerusalyn Dodge, Charlestown, and Ashlyn Smith, Charlestown.
The ceremony for King and Queen will begin at 8:15 p.m. at the Whelen Pavilion
The field includes Ainsley Bertone, Springfield, Vt.; Mercedes Garrow, Windsor; Sammantha Erksine, Windsor; Clara Posner, Cornish Flat; Taelor MacDonald, Claremont; Maya Small, Lebanon; Skye Robicheau, Plainfield; Angelique LaClair, Claremont, and Azalea Hudson, Claremont.
