SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — Do you make a special craft or delicious food that you’d like to share with the community? The Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking craft and food vendors for its 36th Annual Vermont Apple Festival.
The event will be held at Riverside Middle School from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6. Last year the festival had more than 60 vendors filling the gym, cafeteria, and outside grounds.
Crafters from all over Vermont as well as New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania attend with their locally produced hand-crafted items. The festival features live music, puppet shows, pony rides, apple cider making, amusement rides, a train for children and adults, children’s races, and a pie eating contest. Share your unique creations with over 1,700 visitors; don’t get left out of this fun event, organizers said. To register, email the Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce at [email protected] or call (802) 885-2779.
