CLAREMONT — The Claremont Bridge Club met at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29 at the Earl M. Bourdon Centre. In first place was Margaret Nickerson from Springfield, Vermont, second place was Steve Lewko from Claremont, third place was Bob Casey from Claremont, and fourth place was Donna Townsend from Windsor, Vermont. Tri-Town Cribbage took place on Aug. 28 at the Earl Bourdon Centre in Claremont. In first place were Shirley LaPointe and Gert Young. In second place were Janet Ruest and Alan Benware, and in third place were Delmar Paye and Norma Morey. The next game is scheduled for 1 p.m. Sept. 4. All cribbage players are invited to play.
