SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — All are welcome to join the Turning Point Recovery Center of Springfield in celebrating Recovery Awareness from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15 at Turning Point’s Open House. This is a community event open to everyone and is family friendly.
The center will be offering guided tours of the Turning Point Recovery Center and Transitional House for all those interested. There will be food available for purchase, children’s games, and live music. The bands providing entertainment and fun for the whole family will be Crazy Love, The John Sullivan Band, along with Frick & Frack and the Plastic Quesadilla band.
Addiction affects everyone in the community – everyone hears of the direct and indirect impacts. However, the community has a lot to offer those in recovery, all according to a press release.
Turning Point Recovery Center is located at 7 Morgan St., Springfield. Anyone interested in donating, being a vendor at the event, or who wants additional information can contact Turning Point at (802)-885-4668 or email [email protected].
