NEWPORT — Erica L. Belknap-Morris, 30, of 35 Woonsocket Avenue in Claremont was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with one count of conspiracy to commit forgery, a Class B felony. Belknap-Morris was released on personal recognizance bail and was given a Sept. 20 date to appear in Sullivan County Superior Court. She failed to appear on Sept. 20 for her hearing.
On Sept. 21 the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for Belknap-Morris’s arrest for failing to appear.
She is a white female, 5-foot tall, 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
