SAXTONS RIVER, Vt. — On Oct. 4 at 12:45 a.m., troopers from the Vermont State Police,
Westminster Barracks, responded to a residence on River Street in the town of Saxtons River, Vermont after a report of a dispute.
During the investigation, it was determined that Heather James, 26, of Saxtons River, had left the scene and was believed to be impaired by intoxicants. James returned to the residence and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI.
Troopers transported her to the Westminster Barracks for processing. She was issued a citation for DUI #1 and ordered to appear in court on Oct. 23 at 8 a.m.
