NEW LONDON —This 5th annual Return of the Pumpkin People contest in New London is open to residents, businesses, and organizations.
It works by creating your own “Pumpkin People” and displaying them outside your establishment, home or on the town tree.!
Once you have created your “people” be sure to register them at New London Recreation Dept so that all the town folks and visitors can drive by to view your “Pumpkin People” display.
A list of all “Pumpkin People” will be available on the New London Recreation website.
The contest started Oct. 1st and will be judged on Friday, Oct 26th
“Let’s strike up some competition and have some festive family fun,” said New London Recreation Director Scott Blewitt.
