SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — The Springfield Police Department wants you to know that the winter time parking ban takes effectNov. 1 and ends on April 15, 2019.
The winter time parking ban prohibits any vehicle from being parked on a street or highway in the town of Springfield between the hours of 1:00 am and 7:00 am. Any vehicle found to be in violation of the parking ban will be ticketed and towed if necessary.
