Suspended license and a warrant

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. — On Oct. 6 at 5:30 a.m., troopers with the Vermont State Police, Westminster Barracks conducted a traffic stop on I-91 near mile marker 11 south bound, in Brattleboro, Vermont. The operator, Jacob Martinez, 30, of Proctorsville, Vermont was found to have a suspended license and an active arrest warrant for a prior failure to appear in court.  

Martinez was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department, where he was released on $200 cash bail. Martinez was cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court-Criminal Division on Oct. 8 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the above charge.
