WEATHERFIELD, Vt. — On Oct. 14 at 1:33 a.m., the Vermont State Police performed a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 12 and Route 131 in the town of Weathersfield. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Glen Morton, 34, of Claremont. Further investigation revealed Morton showed signs of impairment and he was subsequently taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. He was transported to Windsor Police Department for processing and released on citation.
Morton must appear in Windsor County Superior Court on Dec. 12 to answer the charge.
