SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — On Oct. 24 at 12:45 a.m., Vermont State Police stopped Mark A. Prediger,57, of Springfield, Vermont on Seavers Brook Road in the town of Springfield (Windsor County), Vermont for a motor vehicle violation.
Investigation revealed that Prediger had been drinking, and he was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence for the second time. Prediger was transported to Springfield Police Department for processing.
Prediger was later released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on Nov. 13 at 8 a.m. to answer to the above charge.
