CONCORD — Three more communities have had their 2018 tax rates set by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration.
Sunapee
The new tax rate of $15.57 represents an increase of 20 cents per $1,000 of property valuation from the 2017 number of $15.37.
The breakdown with the 2017 figures in parenthesis includes townwide valuation, $1,218,951,391 ($1,208,240,148) valuation with utilities, $1,229,041,113 ($1,217,848,748); municipal, $3.49 ($3.32); county, $2.95 ($3.05); state education, $2.25 ($2.28); local education, $6.88, ($6.72); total commitment, $19,028,968 ($18,605,179).
Warner
Property owners in Warner will be seeing an increase of 65 cents per $1,000 based on a 2018 tax rate of $28.62 compared to $27.97.
Townwide valuation, $277,787,735 ($276,407,175); valuation with utilities, $285,369,475, ($283,683,375); municipal, $9.34 ($9.26); county, $2.63 ($2.70); state education, $2.08 ($2.18); local education $14.57 ($13.83); total commitment, $8,184,086 ($7,941,017).
Wilmot
The 2018 tax rate in Wilmot went down 2 cents at $24.49 compared to $24.51 in 2017.
