WINDSOR, Vt. — On Oct. 25, 2018 at approximately 7:36 p.m., a member of the Vermont State Police stopped a gray 2002 Dodge Ram pickup truck on Interstate 91 (southbound) in the town of Windsor. The trooper stopped the pickup for traveling at 106 mph in violation of the posted 65 mph speed limit.
The operator was identified as Kevin P Rebello, 57, of Perkinsville, Vermont. Rebello was arrested and subsequently issued a citation and ordered to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on Dec. 4 at 8 a.m. for arraignment.
