Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood is “packed with thrills, romance, laughter, and immortal characters like Little John, Friar Tuck, and Maid Marian,Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood tells the enduring story of a hero of the people who takes on the ruthless powers that be. So get ready to duck a quarterstaff or two – you won’t want to miss a moment of the swashbuckling fun!” (www.samuelfrench.com).
This full class of 25 students has worked really hard to bring the story of Robin Hood to the stage. The fall production, like every year, is a class project and is produced by the fall semester theater class. This year students worked with JD Lauriat at Granite State Saber Academy in New Hampshire to learn stage combat techniques. All of the fight scenes have been choreographed by the students thanks to JD’s hard work and patience.
