CHESTER, Vt. — In March 2018, the Vermont State Police were notified of a possible luring complaint that had originated in the town of Chester, Vermont.
An investigation was initiated by members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. It was determined that a Christopher Bell, 22, of Walpole had sexualized conversations with the victim and attempted to solicit indecent material from her. Bell was located at his place of employment in New Hampshire on Nov. 8, and was cited into Windsor County Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer the charge of luring a child (T13 VSA 2828).
