ROCKINGHAM, Vt. — On Nov. 8 Vermont State Police were made aware of a past theft at 40 Industrial Drive in the town of Rockingham. The complainant, Silver Forest Jewelry, advised that between 9:55 and 10:55 p.m. on Nov. 4 unknown individuals stole several large containers with scrap metal and discontinued jewelry from outside the business.
