WASHINGTON, N.H. (AP) — Crews have searching a New Hampshire lake following a report of a person who possibly fell through thin ice.
WMUR-TV reports crews continued their search Friday morning at Highland Lake in Washington. The report came in Thursday afternoon. No one was found, but investigators said there are signs a person could have been in the area.
A firefighter was hurt when the ice beneath him gave way Thursday, but he is expected to recover.
