Domestic assault in Cavendish

CAVENDISH, Vt. — On Nov. 30 at 9:20 a.m., the Vermont State Police received a 911 hang-up call from a residence on Rogers Drive in the town of Cavendish. While en-route, it was determined that a family fight was ongoing. Upon arrival it was determined that Michael P. Mills, 32, of Cavendish had assaulted a family member and as a result was arrested for domestic assault. Mills was processed at the Westminster Barracks and released with conditions to stay away from the victim and report to Windsor County Superior Court on Dec. 3.
