WESTMINSTER, Vt. — On Nov. 29 at 9:36 p.m., troopers with the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for a defective headlight on I-91 north, near mile marker 29 in Westminster, Vt. The operator, Nathan Bissaillon, 29, of Longmeadow, Massachusetts was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He was processed for the offense and given a citation to appear in court at a later date.
Bissaillon must appear at Windham County Superior Court on Jan. 29, 2019.
