PERU, Vt. — Vermont State Police conducted an investigation based on a woman’s allegation of unwanted contact of an aggressive sexual nature. As this investigation concluded, it was determined that Melvin Fink, 75, of Springfield, Vermont subjected this woman to aggressive and unwanted physical contact at a residence on Moss Brook Road in Peru Vermont in 2017. Fink was issued a citation for lewd and lascivious conduct via his attorney, to appear in Bennington Criminal Court on Jan. 28, 2019 at 1 p.m.
