Jeanne F. Kennedy Bascom, Sunapee, sold land with utility building on the westerly side of a private road running from Trow Hill Road to Ledge Pond to Eric S. Thompson, Charlestown, Mass., for $180,000.

Karen Johnson, Wilmot, sold land with buildings at 3 Burma Road to Natasha M. Cote, Sunapee, for $185,000.

Lawrence F. Bissell, West Hartford, Conn., and Lucinda E. Bissell, Farmington, Conn., sold land on the easterly side of Garnet Hill Road and southerly side of a private road to the Lake Sunapee Yacht Club to Davis Family Investment Limited Partnership, Boston, for $2,000,000.
