TOWNSHEND, Vt. — On Nov. 26 at 1:48 a.m., troopers from the Vermont State Police, Westminster Barracks responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway in Townshend. Investigation led to the discovery that Culver was operating under the influence of an intoxicating substance. Culver was subsequently arrested and processed charge with Vermont Civil Violation Complaint: #3322146 for a violation of T23 V.S.A. 1081 A. Culver is required to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windham Unit on Dec. 18 at 8 a.m. to answer the charges against him.
